Member terms

A clear agreement for working with Mirey.

These terms apply when you create an account or use the Mirey membership service.

Last updated 15 October 2026

Operated by Bulent Karamanoglu, ABN 30 779 077 297.

Your membership

Mirey is a personal life-admin service that remembers information you choose to share, organises requests and prepares work for your review. You must be at least 18 and give accurate account information. Your account is personal to you; keep access details secure and tell us promptly if you suspect unauthorised use.

Billing

Mirey currently offers free access. No payment is required for this access. New subscription checkouts are paused. This pause does not cancel or change an existing subscription.

Mirey prepares; you decide

Mirey may research, organise, recommend or prepare messages, bookings, calendar events, purchases and payments. You remain responsible for reviewing details and deciding whether to proceed. Mirey will ask for explicit approval before carrying out an external or irreversible action. An approval applies only to the action presented.

Third-party services

Some features may depend on providers such as Google, messaging services, retailers, booking platforms or payment processors. Their terms and privacy practices also apply. Mirey cannot guarantee third-party prices, availability, delivery, uptime or acceptance of a booking, order or payment.

Fair use

The membership is designed for normal personal and household life administration. Do not use Mirey unlawfully, commercially resell access, interfere with the service, attempt to access another person's data or submit content you do not have the right to use. We may limit unusually high automated use that materially affects other members, after reasonable notice where practical.

Important limits

Mirey can make mistakes and its suggestions are not professional medical, legal, financial or emergency advice. Check important information and use qualified help when needed. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

To the extent permitted by law, Mirey is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for loss caused by a third-party service or by information you supplied or approved. For other claims, our aggregate liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not apply where it would be unlawful or to liability caused by fraud, wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

Cancellation and ending access

You may cancel at any time through the available account or support channel. Unless a refund is required by law, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period and fees already paid are not refundable. We may suspend or end access for serious misuse, non-payment or legal reasons, with reasonable notice where practical.

Changes and governing law

We may update these terms as Mirey develops. We will give reasonable notice of material changes before they apply. These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia, and the courts of Victoria have non-exclusive jurisdiction.
